Mobile Home Floor Filter Box & Grille Brown 14" x	Sunday, March 23, 2025

Unfortunately I will have to do some straightening to use the product sent after seeing different people's reviews and not getting satisfied response from the customer service I unfortunately will not be buying from this company on a 1-10 scale 10 being very good I will give them a 2 only because of the material and a little of my time to repair rather send back sheet metal box bent spot welds came loose looked like package was pulled behind the delivery truck disappointed after seeing it has happened before no changes made so to ensure damage not done to product.

Not as expected	Sunday, December 22, 2024
Reviewer: Robert Elrick from Weslaco, Texas

The return air box was well constructed and fit very well. However when my HVAC guys went to install the grill two days ago, December 20, 2024 they discovered that it was not square. It must have come from the factory that way because I took it out of the box and packaging just moments before install. The workers never handled it until they were ready for install. They tried to make it square for me but it just doesn’t fit the way it should. Very disappointed as we are pressed for time.

Arrived on time, undamaged, complete. Fits description works great. Unlike another hvac site I used for this project, arrived late, and missing key items.
