I am not an AC contractor and I needed a fan and was treated me with care and excellence. I left there with a fan motor and confidence.

It could not have been easier.	Monday, January 27, 2025
Reviewer: Dave from Woodstock, GA United States

I called a local AC company to fix my non-functioning heatstrip. They quoted $1,162 for the replacement. Ridiculous.
I googled the part, WTG0962 and BudgetHeating was at the top. The website had all the Trane model numbers cross-referenced and was GREAT to help me confirm the exact part. I'm not an HVAC guy and called just to make sure. I spoke with VIC who confirmed everything and took the order. The part arrived a week later and I replaced it myself in 30 minutes for a savings of $926.

Thank you again, Vic!

Kool Kap	Wednesday, November 20, 2024
Reviewer: Thomas Lemmerbrock from Bowling Green, OH United States

The Kool Kap is a simple way of protecting your air-conditioner from leaves, twigs, and grass blowing into the opening at the top of the conitioner.

I received assistance above and beyond expectations when I needed a replacement condenser fan motor. Hector (I hope I got his name right, as my purchase was made a while back) was very helpful and pleasant to deal with during this purchase.
