Shipping company emailed me shipping date of Thursday with actual delivery on Friday. It was not delivered on Friday. Customer went without air over the weekend due to pad not showing up on time. Cant install condenser without pad. Pad was as described only complaint is slow shipping.

Working with Vick has been flawless. We are working on a potential new process and with Vick's help, we are able to prove out what on paper looks to be a win.

Thanks Vick.
