5 of 5 Quality Products & Available to the Public Tuesday, April 1, 2025
Reviewer: JAMES M from Roswell, GA United States
I purchased a variety of HVAC ducting products from Budget Heating and couldn't be happier with the product quality, the competent and friendly support, and the response time to emails.  Best of all, they are willing to sell to non-trades people!  Great company!  I highly recommend them.

Still hasn't arrived and still no response from Budget, but a stupid survey.

Shipping package was horrible.
Package was 5 times larger than the items in the box.
The box was so damaged to the point that ordered items could have been lost. Fortunately  nothing was damaged or lost. The box had the top flaps folded in that items could be clearly seen. The bubble rap was useless it didn't even cover or protect the items. Better care must addressed in shipping. Other than that the ease in ordering was fine. I would order again just make sure attention is given to package size to item size.

I'm sure the Wye will be great once I get it but I ordered on 11/25 and the USPS tracking says they're waiting for package from seller.

Had a question before purchasing. They answered email within about an hour. The product (..and not a common one..) was shipped in timely manner and arrived well packed, and in perfect condition. Would recommend and purchase from them again.

5 of 5 Shipping Thursday, July 5, 2018
Reviewer: Mike Noble from Brusly, LA United States
Ordering was great. Payment procedure needs improvement though. Shipping needs improvement also along with a choice of transport companies and the ability to choose a terminal delivery location. All arrived in undamaged condition.
