The parts came quickly, I thought a bit pricey.
Customer service (Vick) was very helpful in helping me trouble shoot.
My biggest complaint would be that only one place stocks parts and must be ordered from Florida.
My furnace was down in the shipping time and it was 9 degrees here in Ohio.
That said, they where very helpful, quick shipping and the parts where a direct fit. Ease of install was a huge plus also.
Over all I am a satisfied customer
