I purchased your mini split refrigerant charge system last December but did no have the opportunity to use it until this September. I discovered that I needed a 5/16 service port adapter to charge the system. I placed a call to Budget and was transferred to Vic. Vic made sure that I was ordering the right product and told me to call him if I had any other questions. I am very pleased with both the products and the customer service you provided. The R410a charge kit worked great. I will definitely be placing future orders with Budget. Thanks again
